Surgical Techniques

The choice of incision depends on the degree of sagging and individual anatomy.

• Periareolar technique (around the nipple) for mild sagging
• Vertical or inverted T (anchor) technique for moderate to advanced sagging

Scars mature and fade gradually. In most patients, they become significantly softer and less noticeable within 12 months.

Recovery Process

Most patients return to daily activities within approximately one week.

A supportive surgical bra is recommended for about six weeks. Heavy exercise should be avoided during early recovery.
