  • Assoc. Prof. Anı Çinpolat was born in 1981 in Ankara, Türkiye. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ankara, he graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2004.
  • He completed his residency training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery between 2004 and 2011.
  • In 2011, he successfully passed the qualification examination organized by the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in İzmir and was awarded the National Board Certification. In the same year, he passed both the written and oral examinations conducted by the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) in Belgium and Greece, earning the European Board Certification.
  • During his residency, Dr. Çinpolat gained extensive experience in microsurgery, participated in numerous experimental and clinical studies, and presented many oral and poster presentations at national and international congresses.
    At Akdeniz University, he was an active member of the surgical team that performed the world’s first uterus transplantation, as well as Türkiye’s first arm and face transplantation surgeries.
  • In 2012, he participated in an observership program in periocular surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London (September 3–21, 2012). He also served as an instructor in the Basic Microsurgery Course organized by the Turkish Society of Plastic Surgery (January 19–24, 2015).
  • Between 2012 and 2013, he completed his compulsory public service at Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital, where he managed and treated a large number of burn patients. During this period, he developed a novel flap technique for foot defects in burn patients and shared his clinical experience as a speaker at the 6th National Congress of Reconstructive Microsurgery.
  • Following this, he worked for approximately three years at the Ömer Özkan Clinic in Antalya alongside Prof. Dr. Ömer Özkan, focusing particularly on scar (cicatrix) treatments and breast surgery.
  • Dr. Çinpolat completed his Master’s Degree in Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering at İstinye University between 2018 and 2021.
    From 2018 to 2024, he served as a faculty member at Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Medicine, where he lectured medical students.
  • He currently continues his professional practice in Istanbul at Anka Estetik Cerrahi, where he is one of the founding partners. He has authored and co-authored more than 30 scientific publications published or in press in international peer-reviewed journals.
